ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Executive – Brand & Influencer Marketing who will play a key role in driving influencer-led brand campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and engaging influencers, supporting campaign execution, and assisting in optimizing influencer performance to achieve brand growth and engagement objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work at the intersection of brand marketing and influencer strategy, collaborating closely with creative, content, and social media teams to amplify our D2C brand presence. (This role primarily focuses on our menswear category, involving collaborations with male influencers.)
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers aligned with the brand’s objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term engagement.
- Maintain clear communication with influencers throughout campaigns and manage a comprehensive influencer database.
- Collaborate with agencies to expand influencer networks and negotiate partnerships.
- Support the team in coordinating product dispatch, packaging, and logistics for influencer collaborations.
- Oversee smooth execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines and brand goals are met.
- Track basic campaign metrics and performance, assisting in post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, social media, sales) to ensure campaigns run seamlessly.
- Adhere to campaign timelines and budgets, tracking deliverables efficiently.
WHO YOU ARE
- 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or social media marketing.
- Passion for influencer collaborations and digital storytelling.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and influencer tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
