Job Description

Reporting on sales activities to top management.

Fulfilling targets and goals set for your area.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes in market.

Monitoring your team s performance and motivating them to reach targets.

Compiling and analyzing the complete sales figures.

Keeping your team updated with all products and the competitors.

Generating sales with existing customers and creating opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings and developing strong strategy to achieve targets.

Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with major clientele and, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Providing loan related information to the clients, if required, and also liaising with banks for disbursal of home loan. Ensuring timely payment by the customers.

Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales & operations, product development, erection & commissioning and product support and, meeting the individual & group targets.

Generating sales leads and developing marketing intelligence by utilizing the public information and personal network.

Qualifications:

A Graduation/MBA/PGDM degree with relevant experience.

At Least 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing.

Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, Direct sales, Channel sales, Insurance Sales, Sales Planning, Sales process, Sales Promotion.

Strong problem solving and team management skills.

Ability to develop healthy and long-lasting relations with clients.

Ability to quickly adapt the changing environment.
