Job Description

  • Reporting on sales activities to top management.
  • Fulfilling targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes in market.
  • Monitoring your team s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing the complete sales figures.
  • Keeping your team updated with all products and the competitors.
  • Generating sales with existing customers and creating opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings and developing strong strategy to achieve targets.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with major clientele and, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Providing loan related information to the clients, if required, and also liaising with banks for disbursal of home loan. Ensuring timely payment by the customers.
  • Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales & operations, product development, erection & commissioning and product support and, meeting the individual & group targets.
  • Generating sales leads and developing marketing intelligence by utilizing the public information and personal network.

Qualifications:

  • A Graduation/MBA/PGDM degree with relevant experience.
  • At Least 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, Direct sales, Channel sales, Insurance Sales, Sales Planning, Sales process, Sales Promotion.
  • Strong problem solving and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop healthy and long-lasting relations with clients.
  • Ability to quickly adapt the changing environment.
