Executive Associate – Founders Office


We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive executive associate to manage the Founders Office of Distronix—one of India’s leading Industrial IoT & Robotics companies. This role is a blend of professional executive assistance and personal life management, ensuring that both the business and personal fronts of the founders operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate is dependable and resourceful and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where discretion and efficiency are key.


Key Responsibilities :


Professional/Business Support

- Act as the primary support to the co-founders, managing their daily schedules, meetings, travel, and communication.

- Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, briefs, and meeting documentation.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with teams, clients, and partners, maintaining accountability across deliverables.

- Support in organizing company events, reviews, and visits.

- Manage travel itineraries, logistics, and booking arrangements for business trips.

- Manage day-to-day social media activities.


Personal/Lifestyle Management:


- Manage personal appointments, home-related coordination, and errands for the Founders.

- Handle personal travel, reservations, and expense tracking.

- Assist with daily life management, ensuring personal and professional commitments are well-balanced.

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff for smooth execution of day-to-day activities.

- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing


Qualifications & Experience:


- Education: Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field (graduation not mandatory).

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or front office coordination role, preferably supporting senior leadership.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.

- Preferred: Experience in a startup or fast-paced executive environment.

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and capabilities)

- Health & Life Insurance, EPF, and Gratuity (as applicable)

- Travel and work-related expenses reimbursed
