As an Executive Assistant at Treelife, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring alignment between scope, client expectations, and deliverables. Tracking and managing timely, accurate completion. - Planning timelines, managing deadlines, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining project documentation. - Working with finance to ensure billing aligns with scope and timelines, preventing discrepancies. - Serving as the point of contact for client updates and sharing regular status reports with stakeholders. - Owning process implementation and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. - Building strong client relationships, understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and handling concerns professionally. - Maintaining records, updating CRM, and generating regular reports and forecasts. - Handling ad-hoc tasks including scheduling and timeline management. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft tools. - Strong financial acumen with an understanding of billing and invoicing processes. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
