Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in Apex One, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision and attention to detail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Managing Director.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
