Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the Partner's calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries.

2. Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming communications (emails, phone calls) and respond on behalf of the Partner as needed.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

3. Meeting Preparation:

  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on progress.

4. Project Management:

  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the Partner.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and office organization.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

6. Travel Coordination:

  • Organize and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

7. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Assist in onboarding and support of new team members and startups within the accelerator.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
