Key Responsibilities · Draft, review, and respond to emails and other business correspondence. · Prepare and manage presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. · Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. · Track tasks and follow up on pending actions for management. · Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed. · Support senior management in administrative tasks and project coordination. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management. · Assist in recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. · Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies. · Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs. · Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance for salary processing. · Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review. · Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. · Support performance appraisal processes and documentation. Required Skills· MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Advanced proficiency. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. · Basic understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
