Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records (Tally/Zoho or similar software). Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries. Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist with income tax compliance. Support in preparing financial reports, monthly closing, and audit documentation. Coordinate with the CA/finance team for timely filings and year-end processes. Administration: Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination. Maintain client and case files (physical and digital), and ensure document organization. Handle scheduling, calendar management, and internal coordination for lawyers. Coordinate with courts, registrars, and other government bodies when necessary. Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and support staff. Assist in onboarding new employees and maintain HR records.
