Job Description

Accounting:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records (Tally/Zoho or similar software).
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries.
  • Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist with income tax compliance.
  • Support in preparing financial reports, monthly closing, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with the CA/finance team for timely filings and year-end processes.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain client and case files (physical and digital), and ensure document organization.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and internal coordination for lawyers.
  • Coordinate with courts, registrars, and other government bodies when necessary.
  • Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and support staff.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintain HR records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Required)

  • English (Required)
