Executive Assistant to MD

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for a leading organization in the stone/marble/granite industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.

Handle emails, communication, and timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and showroom teams.

Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Maintain documentation, data management, and task tracking.

Assist MD in vendor/client communication and customer meetings.

Support ongoing projects, new initiatives, and operational requirements.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication (English & Hindi)

Strong follow-up & coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Highly organized, proactive & dependable

Experience in stone/building materials industry preferred

Salary: As per industry standards
