Company Overview:

Ganges Internationale Pvt. Ltd. is a leading steel manufacturer with an annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore. We operate a modern steel plant in Pondicherry and have our head office in Chennai. We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Female) to support the MD in ensuring smooth business operations and strategic decision-making.

Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing the MD’s calendar, coordinating travel, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of business processes. This is a key role requiring attention to detail, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Manage the MD’s schedule, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and prepare documents.
• Travel Management: Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the MD, senior management, and external partners.
• Event Planning: Organize internal and external events, client meetings, and team-building activities.
• Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Project Assistance: Support the MD in strategic planning and business project execution.

Qualifications:

• Gender: Female candidates only (as per company policy).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5-7 years in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills (English required, Hindi is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior leadership.

Work Environment & Travel:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 per month, based on experience.
