Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks. Additionally, the person will act as a vital point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Diary Management
Experience with Executive Support and managing day-to-day operations for senior leadership
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
