Executive Assistant
1.Managing the MDs schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
2.Should have good experience in team coordination, inter- department coordination.
3.Exceptional ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
4.Oversee office supplies, equipment, travelling arrangements and general administrative tasks.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
6.Qualification: Masters in Business Administration/Graduate
7.Work Experience : Min 7 yrs.
