Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Kozhikode Office: Lanofta Brand Stories Job Summary: Lanofta Brand Stories is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day activities and smooth communication across the team and clients. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Calendar & Meeting Management Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when needed ✅ Communication & Coordination Handle calls, emails, and communication professionally on behalf of the office Coordinate tasks between internal teams and clients Draft emails, proposals, and official documents ✅ Travel & Logistics Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and related documentation when required Process and manage claims or reimbursements ✅ Project & Task Management Assist in tracking deadlines and following up on assigned tasks Support in organizing company events, meetings, and project reviews ✅ General Administration Maintain and organize files, records, and official documents Handle office-related tasks, purchases, and vendor coordination ✅ Confidentiality & Discretion Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Management or related field Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative role preferred Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills *FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY* Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
