Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Position : Executive Assistant to MD

Location : Darya Ganj, Delhi

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Salary : 25k to 35k

Working Days : 6 days

Responsibilities:

· Managing the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

· Handling and drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations coordinating communication between the MD and other stakeholders.

· Arranging and coordinating travel, accommodation, and other logistical needs.

· Screen and route phone calls, answer emails, and handle other correspondence for the executive.

· Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

· Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and help organize events.

· Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in any stream

· 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary.

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft office software

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
