As a Travel Desk cum Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing travel arrangements and providing comprehensive executive support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Your responsibilities will include: - **Travel Coordination**: - Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas. - Manage itineraries to ensure optimal schedules and seamless travel experiences. - Monitor travel expenses and reconcile reports. - **Executive Assistance**: - Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with attention to detail. - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. - **Communication**: - Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. - Facilitate seamless communication within the organization and with external partners. - **Office Management**: - Oversee the organization and maintenance of the executive office. - Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment. - **Event Coordination**: - Assist in organizing events, conferences, and meetings. - Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be required to work a full-time schedule with a 6-day working setup and shift timings from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm. The job location is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the role may involve 25% travel. This position offers health insurance, Provident Fund benefits, and requires at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
