Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Management:

    Manage the GM's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports accurately.
  2. Communication & Correspondence:

    Screen and prioritize all internal and external communications (phone calls, emails, correspondence). Draft, format, and edit confidential reports, presentations, and inter-office memos.
  3. Meeting Coordination:

    Organize and prepare materials for high-level meetings (e.g., Executive Committee, Board, or Owner meetings). Attend meetings, take accurate

  4. Information Flow:

    Act as the primary gatekeeper and communication link, relaying critical information from the GM to department heads and vice versa, maintaining absolute
