Position:

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the General Manager Operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in data management & analysis, and capable of coordinating across departments to ensure smooth execution of operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and strategic support to the GM Operations.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Draft and review emails, communications, and internal memos.
Manage the GMs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Follow up with internal teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and monitor
MIS reports, Excel trackers, and operational data
.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for project updates and reviews.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Required Skills & Competencies

MBA in Business Administration / Operations / Management.
2–8 years of relevant experience as EA, MIS Analyst, or Operations Support.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting)
.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
