Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor

  safety procedures

  and

  work permits

  at project sites
• Conduct

  toolbox talks

  ,

  safety induction

  , and

  HIRA/JSA

  reviews
• Ensure

  compliance with statutory safety regulations

  , including crane safety and WTG erection protocols
• Carry out

  daily site safety inspections

  , hazard identification, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to enforce safety practices
  
• Prepare and maintain site

  safety documentation

  , incident reports, and checklists
• Conduct

  emergency preparedness drills

  and ensure proper use of PPE
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure prompt corrective action
  
• Liaise with clients and auditors during safety inspections or audits
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• ADIS Or Diploma in Industrial / Fire Safety.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in

  EPC project safety

  , preferably in

  wind, crane, or renewable energy sectors

• Good knowledge of

  crane mobilization safety, working at height

  , and

  lifting operations

• Willingness to

  travel and stay at remote project locations (Pan India)

• Familiarity with ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 standards is a plus
