Job Title: Sales Manager. Location: Pan India Salary: 10-15 LPA Industry: Renewable Energy / Wind Power / EPC / Crane Rental Experience Required: 8+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in Wind EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects and a strong understanding of crane rental services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and project acquisition in the wind energy sector. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and business development for Wind EPC projects across India. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs, and project developers. Identify new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, especially related to wind power and associated heavy equipment services like crane rental. Create and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the wind and crane industries. Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a high level of service delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory). Min 8 years of relevant sales experience in Wind EPC Projects and Crane Rental services. Strong client network in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across project sites and client locations. Strong commercial acumen and project costing knowledge. Compensation: Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA , based on experience and profile. Incentives/Performance Bonus: As per company policy.
