Executive Assistant (EA) to Director

Department: Director’s Office / Administration

Employment Type: Permanent

Location :Noida

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 4 years

Industry: TV / Electronics Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should have experience handling confidential matters, coordinating with multiple departments, and assisting in strategic and day-to-day management activities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required by the Director.

Assist in monitoring key projects, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and integrity.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and review sessions; prepare minutes and track action points.

Support the Director in decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from various departments.

Maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy access to important records.

Liaise with HR, Finance, Production, and other departments for seamless coordination on various administrative and operational matters.

Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordinator, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setup.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Permanent
