Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the office.
This is not a typical administrative role — it requires someone with strategic insight, strong people management abilities, and a proactive approach to improving workflows and fostering a collaborative office culture.

The ideal candidate will act as the Director’s right hand, managing priorities, streamlining operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. She should possess a strong understanding of emerging industry trends, digital tools, and modern workplace practices.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)Executive & Strategic Support

  • Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Director.
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively manage day-to-day priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings and reviews.
  • Represent the Director in select internal and external engagements when required.

People & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a positive, efficient, and professional environment.
  • Manage and mentor administrative staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building activities, and team communication initiatives.
  • Serve as the Director’s liaison across departments to facilitate effective collaboration.

Workflow & Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement office workflows to enhance productivity and transparency.
  • Identify and introduce process improvements, leveraging digital tools and automation.
  • Track ongoing projects, monitor progress, and follow up on key deliverables.

Stakeholder & Leadership Coordination

  • Act as the primary contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build strong professional relationships across teams and with global counterparts.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities across departments.

Industry Awareness & Digital Competence

  • Stay current with emerging technology trends, digital transformation tools, and best practices in the basic IT
  • Provide insights to the Director on relevant developments and innovations.
  • Utilize modern collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Microsoft, Chatgpt, Google meet) to enhance efficiency.

Confidentiality & Professional Integrity

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
