Job Description

Designation - Executive Assistant to Director

Experience - 1-2 years

Location - Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to prior experience in Executive Assistant and who can make arrangements for the Director's daily tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Organize meetings & events and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, pre-meeting briefings and meeting documents.
Manage Director’s travel arrangements (Ticket/Accommodation/Taxi).
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the Director if necessary, taking notes and recording minutes.
Maintain relation with Internal and External Stakeholders
Manage Director’s calendar, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
Coordinating specific key client projects if required.

BYLD Group Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of proven work experience as an Executive Assistant.
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Reporting and presentation skills.
Computer software skills including Microsoft Office.
Time management skills.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
