Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to the COO for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the COO’s daily schedule, handling executive administrative tasks, preparing and processing expense reports, and supporting high-level decision-making. This role involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative duties associated with executive operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks, including managing schedules, calendars, and meetings
• Experience with preparing and processing Expense Reports and supporting team budgets
• Strong Executive Support skills, ensuring effective coordination and prioritization of tasks
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Proficiency in office management tools and software
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
