Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at Codilar, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Director by managing various responsibilities and providing high-level administrative support. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will be key in representing the Director and the company effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - Organize and manage events, including logistics and coordination of participants, taking ownership from planning to post-event follow-up. - Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. - Represent the Director in meetings, conferences, and events when required. - Communicate on behalf of the Director, ensuring accurate and timely messaging. - Oversee special projects and initiatives assigned by the Director, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely completion. - Track and report project progress aligning with the Director's goals. - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for presentation. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Support organizational goals by working closely with the senior leadership team. - Assist in meeting preparation, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. - Provide support in managing the Director's tasks and responsibilities as necessary. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree required. - 1 year of experience, preferably in software companies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions. - Team player mindset with effective collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.,
