Job Description

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings — agenda creation, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and reports with accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries effectively and professionally.

Operational & Project Support

  • Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables; update the CEO on progress.
  • Assist in preparing business presentations, proposals, and strategic documents.
  • Maintain organized records and files (digital and physical).

Travel & Event Management

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and company events involving the CEO.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Handle sensitive company information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Represent the CEO with professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexibility to manage extended hours or travel as needed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,097.17 - ₹58,010.64 per month
