Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Gurgaon. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing expense reports, scheduling meetings, handling communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the executive's office. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
