Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Work From Home (Occasional Travel Required)

As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a sharp, dynamic, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly and help streamline key operations.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role demands a confident professional with a strong track record of executive support, follow-through, and the ability to anticipate needs. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO—managing schedules, ensuring follow-ups, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping keep priorities on track.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and communications with precision and discretion
  • Follow up on pending tasks with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely documentation and action tracking
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Assist with research, reports, presentations, and project tracking
  • Manage personal and professional travel logistics (occasional travel may be required)
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of high-priority items
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking goals, deliverables, and deadlines


Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in executive assistance, administration, or operations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly proactive with strong follow-up skills—nothing slips through the cracks
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
  • Professional demeanor, excellent judgment, and a solution-focused mindset
  • Willing to travel occasionally as per business needs
