We're expanding our customer support and sales team and looking for a senior professional who excels in building relationships and driving customer satisfaction through personalized service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Jewellery Designer with strong technical expertise and design sensibility to join our team. The candidate should be proficient in CAD software, well-versed with market trends, and capable of creating innovative yet practical jewellery designs that align with brand standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design unique jewellery collections (gold, diamond, silver, or other categories).

• Create CAD models using design software ( Matrix, JewelCAD, etc.).

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible and manufacturable.

• Research and incorporate current fashion/jewellery trends into new designs.

• Develop customized and bespoke designs based on client requirements.

• Ensure accuracy, detailing, and cost-effectiveness in all designs.

• Maintain a design portfolio and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design or related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Jewellery Designer.
• Proficiency in CAD software ( Matrix, JewelCAD, etc.).
• Strong artistic skills, visualization ability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery finishing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
