Executive Assistant

We are Radi8 Labs, a dynamic and innovative company from "God's Own Country”, looking to bring the latest in technology to provide novel solutions to existing problems.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help us streamline our business processes, manage finances, and support our management team. What you'll be doing:

• Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
• Support financial processes, such as invoicing, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Provide exceptional support to management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
• Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in administration, finance, or a support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Nice to have:

• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or similar.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
