The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive&aposs behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
? Calendar & Schedule Management: Organise, prioritise, and maintain the executives calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, calls, and travel plans.
? Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage professional communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
? Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes; maintain accurate records and documentation.
? Meeting Coordination: Arrange agendas, briefing materials, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
? Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliations.
? Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination.
? Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
? Operational Support: Assist with project tracking, research, and any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.
? Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
? Proven experience as an EA, preferably supporting CXO or senior leadership in a fast-paced organisation.
? Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
