Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and day-to-day administrative assistance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners; screen calls, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups; draft emails, letters, reports, presentations, and internal/external communications.
  • Organize and maintain confidential corporate records, documents, and filing systems; ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Support board, committee, and executive reviews by researching data and preparing reports, presentations, cost analysis, and management dashboards.
  • Manage expense reporting, basic bookkeeping, data sheets, and financial spreadsheets using MS Office and related software tools.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for operational tasks, including delivery schedules and stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist management with hiring coordination, onboarding, training support, and day-to-day team guidance, including communication of deadlines and performance goals.
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required, supporting executives and departments as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum graduation degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with the financial/wealth management industry is a plus

Candidate should be from the BFSI / FINANCE SECTOR ONLY.
