Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Plus Point Buildsware Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and driving organizational success. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the CEO on daily priorities, managing communications, agendas, and strategic initiatives. - Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication. - Attending leadership and cross-functional meetings, driving action items, tracking deliverables, and ensuring accountability. - Preparing business reports, reviewing decks, dashboards, and key updates for board meetings or investor presentations. - Supporting in strategic planning, business reviews, and project tracking across Smart Security and Builders Hardware divisions. - Coordinating travel schedules, events, and off-site meetings for the CEO. - Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. - Monitoring industry trends, competitor insights, and internal data to assist in high-level decision-making. - Driving initiatives in organization, operations, culture, and leadership enablement alongside HR and Business Heads. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - At least 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives or in Chief of Staff roles. - Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, discretion, and emotional intelligence. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and juggle multiple priorities. - Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Management Tools, and digital productivity tools. - Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic growth levers.
