Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Jaipur. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and coordinating daily tasks to ensure efficient office operations. The role also includes effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining high levels of organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day operations.
• Experience handling Expense Reports and Executive Support responsibilities efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact professionally across various teams and levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software tools and technology.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, is desirable.
