Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel plans, and daily priorities efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional emails, presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Organize leadership and board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Track action items, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support research, data preparation, and coordination for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
  • Assist with leadership events, communication initiatives, and select HR/admin tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate in BBA, B.Com, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership/CXO.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable professional.
