Job Description

We are hiring for Audit Firm.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to [Executive's to the CEO]. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, capable of managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and anticipating the needs of the executive. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain the executive's complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials; coordinate logistics; and take accurate meeting minutes.

Communication Management: Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence; draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Expense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research, gathering data, and coordinating tasks.

Information Management: Maintain organized and confidential files, both electronic and physical.

Gatekeeper Function: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and conferences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
