Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD/CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue arrangements, conference room setup, and technical support in collaboration with Admin and IT teams.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors; handle routine inquiries and redirect as appropriate.
  • Plan and manage all domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and ground transport bookings, while ensuring compliance with company travel policies and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and schedules based on approved travel requests.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for confidential documents, ensuring security and easy retrieval.
  • Process vendor bills, verify details, and coordinate approvals for timely payments.
