Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director in managing daily coordination, follow-ups, scheduling, communication, and operational support. This is a high-responsibility role that requires strong organization, accountability, and presence of mind. Key Responsibilities: Track and follow up on internal tasks and communication across departments Manage emails, calls, and calendar scheduling for the Director Act as the Director’s single point of coordination for both internal and external matters Assist with research, documentation, and reporting Handle both professional and personal tasks delegated by the Director Preferred Profile: 3–5 years of experience in an EA, admin, or coordination role Excellent follow-up and communication skills (spoken and written) Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word Ability to work with senior employees and vendors confidently Stable work history and a structured approach to task management 📩 To apply, email your resume to raman@icemgroup.com or send us a direct message.
