Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to departmental requirements and queries.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expenses.
  • Handle correspondence and schedule couriers.
  • Process expense reports and track budget expenditures & provisions.
  • Plan and organize meetings and events.
  • Create or modify business documents and collate/compile presentations.
  • Manage teleconferences and virtual meetings.
  • Create PR/PO, GRN, and process bills for payment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Additional Details :

Job Location : BKC
Reporting : Senior Stakeholders 

Gender : Female preferred (Male can be considered with good experience)

Experience : 2 to 3 years

Working Days : 5 Days

Working Time : 9 hours

Interview Mode : 1st round Virtual, 2nd round Face to face 

Interview Rounds : 2

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
