Job Description

Position- Executive Assistant cum HRExperience- 1 - 3 yearsCTC- 3.60 LPALocation- Netaji Shubhash PlaceTiming: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)Key Responsibilities-Executive Assistant (EA) ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management.Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and business communication.Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.Handle daily administrative tasks, follow-ups, and reminders.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.Human Resources (HR) ResponsibilitiesAssist with end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.Support onboarding and maintain employee documentation.Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).Organize employee engagement activities.Provide payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.).Assist in HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.Address employee queries related to HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
