Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using software.
