Require E-commerce Onboarding Executive for Lumina Datamatics for Andheri SEEPZ location

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA + ₹200/night shift allowance
Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (1 Round)

Job Role:

• Call and email online sellers (on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Guide them through the onboarding process.
• Explain platform rules, benefits, and offers.
• Help solve their issues by coordinating with other teams if needed.
• Work involves 60% calling and 40% emailing.

Who Can Apply:

• Someone who is proactive and customer-friendly.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in night shift and help sellers succeed.

CTC: up to 6 LPA + ₹200/night shift allowance

Mode: 1 F2F interview

Role:

You will call and email sellers who sell products online (like on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

You will help them join the online platform properly (onboarding).

You will explain the rules, benefits, and offers of the platform.

You will solve their problems or questions (with help from other teams if needed).
