Executive Assistant

Your role as an Executive Assistant to MD at Classic Colors and Interiors in Kochi entails providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and operational efficiency within the organization. - Oversee key business functions such as administration, procurement, HR, finance coordination, or logistics, based on the organizational structure. - Track and follow up on operational KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables. - Collaborate with department heads to streamline internal processes and resolve operational issues. - Assist in managing vendor relationships and contract renewals to enhance organizational efficiency. To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have substantial experience in day-to-day business operations and strategic project support. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, would be advantageous.
