Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide administrative support to our executives.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate executive-level meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for events, conferences, and business trips.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Handle email communications and documentation.
  • Assist in office upkeep, repairs, and maintenance tasks such as managing electrical and electronic equipment, handling glass, carpets, filing papers and documents, and maintaining pantry items.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services like booking air/rail tickets, hotel bookings, and couriers.
  • Take quotations and place orders for administrative staff.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested by MD/Director/Administrator.
  • Work 5 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays off).
  • Leave policy: 22 working days per company's policy.
  • Office timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; required to sit late on average 1-5 days per month.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate degree with a decent academic track record.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Presentable, pleasant, energetic, good verbal and written communication, able to mix with people, focused on work, meet deadlines, and flexible approach to assigned responsibilities.
  • Good computer proficiency is required.
  • Two references are required, including at least one supervisor from a previous job.
  • Experience in front office/reception/administration/computer operator/assistant roles is preferred.
  • Industry experience in recruitment or related fields is beneficial.
  • Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
