Job Description

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: - **Executive Support & Calendar Management** - Manage and coordinate the CEOs complex calendar, including internal/external meetings, events, and business engagements. - Prioritize and adjust appointments as needed to align with changing business needs. - Prepare the CEO for meetings by compiling reports, agendas, and briefing materials. - **Communication & Correspondence** - Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Draft professional emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. - Ensure timely and effective communication flow across departments and with partners. - **Travel & Logistics Management** - Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation. - Prepare detailed itineraries and support logistics during domestic and international trips. - Handle post-travel expense reporting and reimbursements. - **Administrative & Confidential Support** - Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. - Organize and maintain executive files, documents, and records for easy retrieval. - Support the CEO in preparing reports, presentations, and key documents. - **Strategic & Personal Assistance** - Assist the CEO with special projects, strategic initiatives, and research tasks as required. - Provide personal assistance on non-business matters as needed. - Liaise with senior leadership and board members to coordinate executive-level interactions. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to CXO-level leadership in an IT or tech-driven organization. - Strong experience in calendar and travel management, stakeholder coordination, and high-level administrative support. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and productivity tools. - Ability to anticipate needs, handle pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. - High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or related field preferred) to meet the educational qualification requirements for this role.,
