Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing one-on-one executive support. Manage administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence, and prioritization of emails. Act as a bridge for seamless communication between the partners office and internal departments, fostering credibility, trust, and strong relationships with senior management. Provide administrative assistance in executing assignments, initiatives, and projects on behalf of the partner’s office. Conduct research and analysis as directed, preparing detailed reports when required. Assist in tracking departmental work plans, ensuring follow-ups and timely completion of action items from meetings. Support the implementation of organizational projects and programs, handling multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines. Manage competing priorities efficiently, demonstrating a proactive approach and ensuring successful project completion. Candidate Profile: Experience: 3-5 years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Ability to design and edit presentations and materials. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. High level of professionalism when interacting with senior executives and diverse teams. Ability to make informed decisions regarding task prioritization and time management. Work Ethic & Confidentiality: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision. Quick adaptability to urgent requests and deadline-driven tasks. Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and diverse environments.
