Position Overview:

Executive Assistant to the Chairperson


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairperson’s daily schedule, including meetings and personal engagements
  • Act as a point of contact between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain important documents, reports, records, and presentations
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key action points
  • Coordinate with departments for updates, approvals, and project tracking
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Draft emails, letters, reports, and formal communication on behalf of the Chairperson

  • Key Skills & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
    • Professional demeanor and strong sense of responsibility
