Executive Assistant and Admin Manager

As an Executive Assistant cum Admin at our studio located in Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the founders. Your main responsibility will be managing day-to-day studio operations, requiring excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to handle diverse tasks to ensure smooth functioning of both the leadership office and the content studio environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage founders" calendars, appointments, meetings, and travels efficiently. - Coordinate studio schedules and provide events support. - Co-ordinate for new vehicles for shoots. - Handle travel bookings, expense claims, and routine administrative tasks. - Serve as a liaison between founders, internal teams, and external stakeholders. - Manage incoming communications, emails, and correspondence. - Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies. - Support vendor management and procurement for studio needs. - Maintenance and upkeep of the studio equipment. - Assist with meeting notes, follow-ups, and action item tracking. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistance or Administrative roles. - Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills. - Proficiency with MS Office and other latest communication tools. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in creative/content environments is a plus.,
