You Might Be:

• 1–4 years into your career
• Strong with communication, detail, and self-management
• Fluent in English (written + spoken)
• Curious, adaptable, and always eager to grow
• Comfortable working remotely and open to occasional travel (India & international)
• Preferably based in Mumbai or open to relocating by November

The Role:

• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and communication
• Assist with vendor research, travel coordination, and team check-ins
• Be the calm in the chaos when things get busy
• Handle the day-to-day so I can focus on the big picture
