We’re Hiring –Executive AssistantOn behalf of a leading product based company, we are looking for a highly motivatedExecutive Assistantto support senior leadership in day to-day operations, research, scheduling, and strategic execution.Job Title:Executive AssistantLocation:Bangalore(Mahadevapura)Experience:1- 2 YearsType:Full-timeHybird (2days WFO)Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant of the company, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle all forms of correspondence—emails, phone calls, messages, and letters.Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.Serve as a point of contact between the executive and both internal teams and external stakeholders.Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information.Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and off-site meetings.Track and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.Manage project tasks and help monitor deadlines, deliverables, and priorities for the executive team.Implement and maintain efficient office systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a service company environment.Outstanding time management and organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management, and office technology tools.Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.High attention to detail and accuracy in work.Confidence to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes

Previous experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.Event planning and travel coordination exposure.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.High degree of professionalism and positive energy.
